BENITEZI AWALAUMU WACHEZAJI WAKE KUSHINDWA KUTUMIA NAFASI.

Rafael Benitez says the whole Chelsea team - not just Fernando Torres - must improve their finishing after losing 3-1 to West Ham United.
Interim manager Benitez insisted Torres is not solely to blame for the goal drought as the new man in charge continues to search for his first win at the club.

Juan Mata gave Chelsea the lead in the first half at Upton Park but West Ham roared back through goals from Carlton Cole, Mohamed Diame and Modibo Maiga.

"Everybody knows that football is a game of two halves," Benitez told reporters.

"In the first half we could have had two or three goals.

"You have to take your chances, when you don't do that everything can change and that is what happened.

"They scored the first goal which was a bit controversial and then they were on top and we couldn’t manage things as well. We still created some chances but we should have done better in the second half. We were losing first balls, second balls and giving them far too much space to get on top of us.

"The whole team missed chances, other players missed too - not just Fernando. When you are attacking and controlling the game like we did in the first half you have finish the game.

Benitez maintained, however, his approach will not change and Chelsea simply need to get three points under their belt to regain confidence.

"We need to get a win, simple," he said.

"We will keep working in the same way, prepare for the next training sessions and try to improve things."
